HOW WE WORK

From Enquiry to Aftercare

A clear, engineering-led process for reviewing requirements, developing LV panel solutions, routine verification, documentation, delivery and ongoing support.

OUR PROCESS

A Structured Approach to Every Project

POWER GRID follows a structured workflow from the first enquiry through engineering review, manufacturing, testing and aftercare. The process is designed to keep technical requirements, approvals and documentation clear at every stage.
For faster review, clients can share their SLD, BOQ, panel schedule, form of separation, IP rating, fault level and other project specifications at the enquiry stage.

Engineering-Led Review

Project requirements are reviewed before manufacturing so the panel configuration can be aligned with the defined technical scope.

Clear Documentation

Drawings, routine verification records and relevant project documentation are maintained as part of the delivery process.

10-STAGE WORKFLOW

How POWER GRID Works

A practical workflow that keeps engineering requirements, approvals, manufacturing, verification and project documentation organised from start to finish.
01

Enquiry & Requirement Review

We review the initial enquiry, panel type, application, ratings and available project information to understand the required scope.

02

Drawings & Technical Review

SLDs, BOQs, panel schedules and relevant technical requirements are reviewed to identify the required panel configuration.

03

Engineering & Design

The panel arrangement and technical solution are developed around the approved project requirements and applicable electrical specifications.

04

Proposal & Quotation

A quotation is prepared based on the confirmed scope, panel requirements and information available for technical and commercial review.

05

Approval & Documentation

Required drawings, schedules and technical information are coordinated for approval before the manufacturing stage proceeds.

06

Component Planning

Components and panel requirements are organised according to the approved design, project specifications and agreed configuration.

07

Panel Assembly & Wiring

The enclosure, devices, busbar arrangement and internal wiring are assembled in line with the approved panel design and workmanship requirements.

08

Inspection & Routine Verification

The completed panel is inspected and routine verification is carried out with focus on applicable IEC 61439 requirements and project specifications.

09

Final Review & FAT Support

Final checks, project documentation and applicable Factory Acceptance Test requirements are coordinated before release for delivery.

10

Delivery & Aftercare

Following delivery, POWER GRID remains available for technical support, maintenance, modification, retrofit and future panel requirements.

VERIFICATION & DOCUMENTATION

Technical Confidence Before Delivery

POWER GRID places emphasis on routine verification and documentation so contractors, consultants and technical teams have clear records supporting the supplied panel.
Documentation requirements can vary by project. Relevant records are prepared and coordinated around the agreed technical scope and project requirements.

Routine Verification

Completed panels are checked and routine-tested before release, with focus on applicable IEC 61439 requirements.

Test Documentation

Relevant test and verification records support traceability and technical handover.

As-Built Information

Project documentation can include as-built drawings and other agreed technical records.

O&M Documentation

Operation and maintenance documentation is coordinated where required by the project scope.
